establish a diversified business portfolio that comprises of both services and products.
Founded in 1983 by George Christofi with solar hot water systems being the
primary activity at the time the name Thermosolar was adopted for the company.
WHAT WE DO
Facilities management encompasses a range of disciplines and services to ensure the functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of a built environment — buildings and grounds, infrastructure and real estate.
The history of the Thermosolar name establishment was due to the first importations and installations of Solar hot water systems.
G&E Thermosolar Ltd has established itself on the contract market in Cyprus as one of the leading providers of Turnkey solutions for Industrial Kitchens.
We have a proven track record in complex turnkey projects of a very wide range.
CAPABILITIES
Thermosolar operates a QMS system in accordance to the requirements of ISO 9001 since the late 1990’s and this system is very much live in that the processes are continuously adjusted to further enhance the quality of our services and streamline our processes.
Accreditation to the ISO 14001 standard has been achieved and maintained since 2009.
Accreditation to OHSAS 18001 is also held since 2009 and there is active monitoring and training taking place of our employees which has contributed to an extremely low occurrence of work related accidents.
Further to the implementation of the ECM systems and ERP systems the company has implemented measures to bring it in line to the ISO 27001 standard.
A Workforce management module enables a more streamlined management of the various crews and automatic visibility of task status and completion.
Due to the nature of our contracts and the need for specialist services we have the need to enlist the services of subcontractors to offer some of these expert services.
Thermosolar has traditionally employed a policy where applicable of sourcing direct from the manufacturer of goods and provider of services ensuring a more efficient and cost effective service delivery.
